The client is waiting and you have to deliver. Don’t start from zero.

You sell websites to trades, law firms, practices and small businesses. Instead of searching for a direction for every project, you take a checked design, adapt it to the client’s brand and deliver every page, the legal pages and a handover pack with it.

A design of its own for every client

Each look exists only once in the gallery, and you adapt every design through tokens: colours, fonts, spacing, plus images, copy and sections. Two clients in the same town do not get twin sites.

Everything already in

Every page instead of one home page, phone layout, legal page templates in German designs, a check report on accessibility and load time, and a handover document for the client. You spend your time on content and polish.

Show first, buy after

For paid designs you create a preview link on the design page: every page live, with a slim notice band, valid for 7 days, no account. Send it to your client and buy when they say yes.

No lock-in, for your client either

Your client doesn’t see Kiekkist unless you want them to. The licence passes to them with the project, and they may run the site without you. The package includes a handover document for them, in German and English, without our name on it.

Accessibility in the code

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA and checked, not patched on with an overlay. The check report and the checklist for the manual items go to your client with the site.

Light pages

Self-hosted fonts, no third-party requests, images with srcset. The example home pages transfer between 171 and 480 kB on a mid-range phone profile, measured and dated in the gallery.

What a client project looks like

  1. Briefing with the client, inside the agent, in short rounds of questions
  2. Research and moodboard from their industry
  3. Three directions, the client chooses through a link
  4. System and every page, social and slides for their brand
  5. Checks, export to your stack, launch checklist

The licence, explained for agencies

One licence, no tiers. What holds for a single design holds for every design with All-Access.

Single design
€59 one-off. One design for any number of websites, your own and your clients', perpetual, 12 months of updates.
All-Access
€149 one-off. Every design in the gallery at purchase and every design released in the 12 months after. Same licence, so unlimited client sites here too. Single designs bought in the last 30 days count in full.
Handover
You hand the finished site over with all rights. Your client may run it, change it and have others maintain it, even after you stop working together.
Not allowed
Passing on or selling the design itself as a template, theme or kit, also modified. That includes marketplaces, your own template collections, site builders and training data.

The licence terms in full

Use it with your stack

The tool exports every design to these targets. What each one contains is written here the way the export code does it.

No export for Webflow, Framer or Figma. The tokens come as JSON and CSS, and you can carry them over by hand.

Questions agencies ask

May I use the designs for client work?

Yes, that is what they are for. Every licence covers any number of websites, yours and your clients’, also when the client pays you for them. You register a project name when you fetch a design; it is a record, not copy protection and not a limit.

May I deliver it as my own work (white label)?

Yes. There is no attribution requirement, on the site or in the code. Client-facing exports carry your client’s name, and the handover document in the package names neither Kiekkist nor the design. The file with the licence ID is for your records and does not need to go on the client site.

May I resell a design or offer it as a template?

No. You sell the websites you build with it, not the design. Not allowed: passing it on or selling it as a template, theme, kit or stock (also modified), adding it to marketplaces or public skill and prompt collections, building it into site builders or generators, and using it as training data.

My client wants to carry on without me later. Is that fine?

Yes. The rights go to them with the finished website. They may change it and have another agency maintain it. If your licence ends (after a refund, for example), sites you already handed over are not affected, except in case of chargeback or breach.

We are a team of five. Do we need several licences?

No. If you buy as a company, the company is the licensee, and everyone working on your projects uses the same licence. Keep the licence key in an environment variable, not in the repository.

Can I show the design to my client before I buy?

Yes. The home page of every design is live. For paid designs you create a preview link to every page on the design page, valid for 7 days, with a "Preview, licence required" band. Nothing can be downloaded through it.

What it costs

The skill, the tool and the checker are free. A purchased design covers unlimited client websites, All-Access contains every design. Pay once, no subscription, no licence tiers.
