Templates for the German legal notice, privacy policy and accessibility statement (German designs), the phone layout, a check report on accessibility and load time, social tiles and slides in the same style, a handover pack for your client and a licence for client work. Yes. A purchased design covers unlimited websites, your own and your clients’, for good. Your client may keep running the finished site without you and have others maintain it. The only limit: you don’t resell the design as a template. The details are in the licence.

Yes. On every design page you can create a preview link to all pages, valid for seven days, with a notice band and no download. No email, no account. When your client says yes, you buy and keep building.

No. You pay once and the design is yours: perpetual licence, 12 months of updates included. Nothing renews, nothing is charged later. Design purchases from the last 30 days count in full towards All-Access.

Not for building. A funnel is a handful of static pages and a form; it does not need a platform that bills you every month. What you need is the right structure (questions, result, booking or contact, legal pages) and someone who builds it cleanly: your AI assistant with the design as context, you, or your agency. Hosting, receiving form entries and maintenance remain. What that involves is on Without an agency.

If you work confidently with AI tools and want to look after domain, hosting, updates, backups and current legal pages yourself: often, yes. If not, hand the design to an agency or a web designer; the licence allows that. There is a short self-check on Without an agency.

You get 30 days money back with no reason needed, even after downloading. The licence for that design ends with the refund. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights (right of withdrawal and statutory warranty) and does not limit them. The process is in the terms.

An AI assistant that can write and run code and connects MCP servers or skills, or someone who knows Astro, HTML or WordPress. Setup is under How it works.

Each design is built to WCAG 2.2 AA and checked, automatically and with a manual checklist, and the report comes with it. Whether your finished site conforms also depends on your content: alt text, documents, forms. The checker checks your finished pages too. Whether a law such as the EAA or the ADA applies to you is a question for a specialist or a lawyer.

The designs make no third-party requests: no fonts from a CDN, no trackers, no cookies. Anything you add later (maps, videos, tools) is your responsibility, and the checker shows it to you.

Then nothing changes for you. The files are on your side, the licence is perpetual and can be verified without our server: the public key is in the package.

Not one of our own. With the Astro export your client edits text and images in a Git-based browser interface (Sveltia, Decap, Pages CMS or Keystatic). The WordPress export is a block theme: text and images are edited in the Site Editor, while colours, fonts and section layouts are locked so the site stays the way it was checked.

The seller is a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). The price is the final price and no VAT is charged.

No. You may build with them, but not pass on the designs themselves, also not as training or example material for tools you share or sell. Using an AI assistant to build your licensed project is explicitly allowed.
